We're increasing access to effective science-backed treatments for anxiety and depression, starting with guided ketamine therapy in comfortable, elevated spaces. Caire partners with licensed psychiatric clinicians to help their clients get the most out of treatment through technology, content, and hospitality-inspired client experiences.

Caire’s clinicians may prescribe guided ketamine therapy for indications of depression or anxiety. Ketamine is a prescription medication that doctors can prescribe off-label to treat depression, anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health-related conditions.

It has safely been used as an FDA-approved anesthetic since 1970. At lower doses, ketamine can induce physical sensations and thought patterns described as psychedelic.

You'll begin with an online assessment and video consult with a clinician to see if you're a fit. Then, you'll schedule your first visit where you'll prepare with your clinician and undergo your first session. Based on your response, your clinician will provide a personalized plan for the next 5 sessions. Throughout your journey, you'll use Caire's online platform to help prepare for your sessions, explore your inner mind, and integrate your experiences into your daily life.

Ketamine produces a sense of disconnection from one’s ordinary reality and usual self that may induce or enhance feelings of creativity, purpose, perspective, serenity, insight, inspiration, gratitude, empathy, connection with others and the world, openness to new ideas, psychological rebirth, and traveling outside of one’s self, among others. You may also experience visual, auditory, and other sensory effects.

Mindbloom does not accept insurance at this time. However, some clients are able to get reimbursed by their insurance provider. After your first virtual visit, we can provide you with a “superbill” —an itemized invoice— that you can submit.
